A Crazy Summer

Well we are only a few weeks into summer and life is trying to run us over. It has been a time of joy and stress. Brian is working full time at Qwest and trying to keep up with his lawns as well. It makes it extra crazy at our house but it will make it so Brian can be home with us for a little while after Kambri is born. My brother Spencer returned from his mission to Mexico at the beginning of June. It has been great to spend time with him. We spent a week in Park City with the Pyper's. My parents, siblings and my Dad's parents as well. We had lots of fun. Hunter loved being in the pool and we went everyday but one (we woke up to snow that day, burr). We got to visit Grandpa's sister and her daughter, the kids even got to ride Rosie the horse. Brian commuted back and forth to work so that Hunter and I could spend as much time with the family as possible (it took just as much time as always, so it wasn't to bad). We missed him but he was able to take Friday afternoon off, and had a lot of fun riding his bike in the hills with my Dad. They came back all splattered with mud. They looked like Dalmatians. On the Briggs side we have two new nephews. They will be blessed in the next few weeks. Brian is playing the piano in my Grandparents ward on Sunday. With that and my brother's homecoming we will have missed a month of attending our own ward. Life just seems to keep going even when I need a break. But my sweet Hunter makes life fun and the time goes quickly. I expect we will be spending a lot of time in the sprinklers and at the pool, just so I can survive the summer heat with this extra internal heater of mine.
